It's most likely a scheduled task.

Download Autoruns for Windows - Sysinternals | Microsoft Learn

  • Unzip Autoruns.exe or Autoruns64.exe, whichever matches the bitness of your Windows.
  • Right click Autoruns and run as administrator
  • In the Quick Filter enter: apihost.exe
  • If it finds the entry, right click and delete

Also delete the C:\ProgramData\Accapi folder.

If you didn't find the entry share an Autoruns log.

  • When Autoruns finishes scanning, press Ctrl + S and save the log in the default *.arn format
  • Share the log on OneDrive, Google Drive, or a similar file sharing service
  • Post the share link
