Copilot does not load.

Copilot will not load. Every time I start it I get the message in the image. It has worked (maybe) twice or three times, but very rarely. I have sent messages and images through FEED BACK, tried every fix I can find, (including regedit changes) but it never loads and I don't know why.

I am running Win11 Ver. 22H2, on a MS Surface Pro 8, 64bit, using MS Edge, MS Office 365, get all updates as they come out. Yet, copilot does not work on my system.

It works fine on my android phone, but not on my surface.

I am running Microsoft apps on a Microsoft product in a Microsoft operating system but Copilot never works. Gemini works great, Chat GPT4 works great, Copilot does not. Why?

PLEASE! I need some answers.
