    Hello AHMAD ALSHABANI,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I noticed that you are using a Lenovo ideapad 3 laptop, so I moved your thread to Windows.

According to your description, your laptop is experiencing a BSOD problem, and the error code is:

    UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

This indicates that the I/O subsystem attempted to mount the boot volume and it failed. This bug check is typically related to the failure of the OS Boot storage device such as hard drive.

But I noticed that you stated that the laptop doesn't seem to be able to enter "repair mode", are you referring to WinRE here:

To make sure the operation is correct, please allow me to share the steps of entering WinRE here:

    1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    4. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    5. When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    6. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    7. Allow your device to restart into Automatic Repair, and select Advanced optionsto enter winRE.

If you can still get to WinRE, then at least you can try to fix it with some of the options here, but if you can't get to this page, it means that neither you nor I can do anything directly with this Lenovo computer at this time.

If you don't have the conditions, the only advice I can offer is to create the USB installation media in another device and then perform a fresh installation on your Lenovo computer:

    Windows 11 Clean Installation (microsoft.com)

But before you do, I recommend you contact Lenovo technical support to see if they can give you some other advice on this issue.

    Best Regards,

Mitchell | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
