Hello, I’m Virginia, a fellow user like yourself.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10/11 build are you running - 22H2 (Win 10/Win 11) or 23H2 (Win 11)?
I understand you’re having problems with solitaire, Don’t worry as I’ll do my best to assist you today.
Have you tried resetting the app?
Start>Settings>Apps>Apps & features find the problem app & choose More>Advanced options>Repair If this doesn’t fix the problem then choose reset option.
If yes then please try uninstalling it & downloading it again.
If this still doesn’t work then try uninstalling completely with Revo:
Try Revo uninstaller free:
https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-u...
The uninstaller will run the program’s own uninstaller then allow the user to run a ‘scan for leftovers’, if the uninstall fails you can still scan for leftovers which will then be akin to a forced uninstall & will remove the program.
For Apps these are shown under their own tab on the left - Windows Apps.
Then install again from the App Store.
