How do I keep applications open when using two screens without distorting the applications of the first screen?

I have a very annoying problem and I have not found a solution for it, which is related to the multi-screen display. When I use two screens and open the game on the first screen and the browser on the second screen, everything is fine, but when I go and click on the second screen, the game on the first screen gets smaller. Why, I don’t know. This may happen when I play any game, for example, Genshin Impact. I cannot use the second screen without the game automatically minimizing on the first screen. Please help, because the problem is really annoying. Thank you

This is related to fullscreen, please run the game in windowed or borderless windowed and you won't have this problem.
