Connection failed with IP address: 54.222.253.221

Question

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

This is intermittent issue that we are getting for this site

In Developer tools I found the mixed content issue

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.gileadchina.cn/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://use.typekit.net/tka5ukw.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I understand you are seeing errors when trying to reach your website. The error "Mixed content" is a browser warning because its trying to go to a HTTP page instead of HTTPS. I would suggest you to evaluate your webcode to determine why its doing so when everything needs to be using HTTPS.
