I use a custom built PC on a Windows 10 system, I am unsure of what my motherboard is.
If I had to guess, the device listed as "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" has had the yellow ! sign on it for a while now but I've been unable to fix it.
Audio issues when connecting Xbox controller through bluetooth Windows 10
I use bluetooth headphones for everything and recently wanted to play some games with my controller. I've noticed that whenever I connect my Xbox controller via bluetooth my headphones audio starts crackling. I cant really describe it any other way.
I've tried updating my driver and clean installing it
I've restarted my pc and updated windows
I'm not really sure what to do how can I fix this?

2024-05-08T19:57:22+00:00 Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the Bluetooth driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Bluetooth
3-Right-click on the Bluetooth driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General
5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot
You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
