Offline files Autosync

I am trying to set up files on a work computer to be available offline for all user profiles and Autosync daily. Does each profile need to set the Autosync options for this to be done?

    Thank you for you response. I am actually using the sync center to sync files on the shared drive. I am on a corporate network. We are instructors and are trying to sync files on the classroom computer in the event of a network outage which is why I'm trying to get the files to sync across all user profiles. Thank you for assistance.

    Are you able to tell me if you are using OndDrive for the synchronization feature? Or are you using another app for the synchronization feature?

    Are you currently in a corporate network environment? Or other similar network environment.
