Bluetooth Drivers Missing

Hi, I was just working and listening to music when suddenly my computer shut off. It turned back on again and looks like it just restarted, but as soon as I logged back on I couldn't connect my headphones. I go to check my settings, and it says "Bluetooth is turned off". However, there is no switch or button to turn it back on again. I search up some answers, and after using the troubleshooter it says my device does not have bluetooth. In device manager, bluetooth is not on the list unless I show the hidden devices. Here are my PC Specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dc3kZJ . Sorry if this is a lot of screenshots.

Thank you.

Please update BIOS to 1G as step 1:

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-B550-GAMING...

Step 2, install this package:

https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/bt_driver_W...

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.

    Thank you.

In the hidden devices, choose Properties of the Bluetooth.

Does it say the device is disconnected?

Unfortunately, the situation is still the same. I was able to update the BIOS to 1G and install the Bluetooth Driver package. It is still not in the device manager, the Bluetooth in settings are still the same, as well as the troubleshooting.

    Hi,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Seems like the BT Chip got disconnected from the motherboard.

    Right-click Start>Run.

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
