Frequent blue screen problem with different error codes

Hi,

I have been experiencing frequent blue screen problems randomly in the past month, and the error code can be different each time. Some examples are: "DPC watchdog violation", "driver irql not less or equal", "whea uncorrectable error".

Originally, I thought it might be a software issue. So, I updated all the drivers and my system to Win11. I tried recovering to a previous version, resetting my pc, and reinstalling the system. But none of these solve the problem. Then I suspected that there might be a hardware issue. I ran CPU health checks using the Intel processor diagnostic tool, both the default test and the burn-in test showed "Pass" as the results. I bought new RAMs and ran Windows Memory Diagnostics to make sure they worked properly. Replacing the RAMs didn't fix the problem either, and after a week I couldn't even boot my computer. It would go into a bluescreen cycle directly. Then I tried replacing my SSDs and reinstalling the system. After replacing the SSD, I could boot my computer but the blue screen problem persists. BTW the GPU status is also "working properly" in Device Manager. The hardwares I haven't tested so far are the motherboard and the power supply. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Some of the minidump files are here: minidump

Thanks!

Your new minidump file indicates memory (RAM) corruption and a driver associated to your processor.

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed

    Hi Dave,

The XMP has been disabled all this time. And I just uninstalled the Armoury Crate. Unfortunately, another blue screen happened shortly after that.

The minidump file is here 051524-10125-01.dmp.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate a driver associated to the Intel processor caused the system crashes, I also see a process name LightingService.exe which is usually part of the Armory Crate software listed as a possible cause.

If you are overclocking your processor, disable that, there is an XMP profile set on your RAM in BIOS, disable that, set it to default.

Wait to see if your system is stable.

    2

If not, temporarily remove the Armory Create software and ait to see if your system is stable.
