Java JAR files closing immediately

i downloaded java from https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java\_portablehttps://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java\_portable

im running jar files with the javaw.exe file located in Java\64\bin and stuff closes immediately if anyone has had this issue and fixed it please tell me (i also didnt download normal java cause i dont have administrator permission)

also i have tried to run a jar file that an executable file runs perfectly fine and in the same jre but it doesnt work so no its not the file
