Can't Delete Folder from Network Shared Drive

It says preparing to delete then doesn't do anything.
I can read and copy to this drive. why can't I delete a folder on it?

    Thank you. That is odd, yeah can be a bug.

    I already said I had write permissions to it.

    For some reason i needed to delete individual folders inside the folder first.
    I don't now why this was required. It seems like a bug.

    Deleting will require permissions. Are you sure your account has appropriate permissions which should be configured on the server?
