It is not a native Windows one. It should be from third party app. You can click into that folder and see if it gives you a clue what app it can be from. You can also go to your Settings > Apps > Installed apps, to see if you have anything installed from Sentry. Windows will work fine if you want to delete this folder, but if this is an app you want to continue using, you would lose app data.
