    Thank you for your reply

You can upload the file to the cloud

and then send us the share link

Or you can backup the file to your desktop

Copy and paste the file from another computer to your computer.

Check if the problem is solved after the case

    Thank you for your reply.

I would like to confirm with you

Are you using a Lenovo computer

Are you using any Lenovo wallpaper software?

You can uninstall it and try again with SFC /Scannow.

If you are using other wallpaper software

You can also uninstall it temporarily to troubleshoot the problem

If the problem is not solved, you can try to upload the target file in the error report to us.

We will help you analyze the cause of the problem.

Hello Mohammad Hossini, Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

According to your feedback, you are experiencing problems installing the drivers

    You can try the following:

    Try to repair the system:

    1. Search for CMD, locate the command prompt, and select Run as administrator.
    2. Enter the following commands one by one, making sure to execute the next command only after the previous one completes:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    SFC /Scannow

    1. Once the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any issues were detected and fixed.

Alternatively, you can download the official graphics card drivers from NVIDIA to see if that solves your problem!

    If it still doesn't work

You can try to download the graphics card driver from another computer and save it on a USB flash drive.

and install it on your computer

and see if it solves your problem.

I hope the above information is helpful to you
