Hello, I have been trying to run Fortnite or even less taxing game like Minecraft they all will crash saying "Stop code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT". I have followed the 2 links. I think this Stop code will happen everytime when going through the tutorial but I get the Stop code of "DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION" when rebooting after doing the verifier:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983?page=1 https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-finding-and-fixing-them/1939df35-283f-4830-a4dd-e95ee5d8669d

I've successfully created the zip file with the 3 dmp files, MSinfo32, and a Speccy snapshot. The following link is to my OneDrive, please let me know if you are unable to access it:

INFO.zip

I have also gone through the following tutorial on How to Perform a clean boot and when I launched the games and it did allow them to run for a little bit longer but then it would crash still.

I am eagerly awaiting for your response, thank you.

*Update: I have done other troubleshooting steps such as making the epic games launcher, and fortnite to run as admin and fortnite runs for a bit longer but then it still crashes.

I uninstalled RGBFusion 2.0 and installed the GIGABYTE App Center, then reinstalled RGBFusion 2.0 from there. Do I delete the ene.sys or replace it or what is to do from here?

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

I'm glad to help you today!

I understand you need help with your games crashing.

I've checked your dump files and all points to ene.sys which is associated normally to RGB lightning control application. By any chance do you have an application that controls RGB lightning like Gskill Trident Z Lighting Control? If yes, can you try reinstalling the application/s?

Hello. Fortnite requires very little resources to run. https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/play It requiers a tad of MS edge memory but other than that its running on the cloud. Just go to the website and choose fortnite and play. Thats it no install required.
