Simple web site adding to IIS

Question

Hi, I just want to create a static web site into IIS.
The purpose of it will be to provide a knowledge base where the employers can watch training, product info , webinars and read relevant PDF documents.
I am new to this, so any info to point me to the right direction is appreciated.

You only need to create a web application in visual studio, and then publish it to iis.
