issue with windows security

I keep getting a windows security popup referring to select a certificate for authentication Server: serverside.doubleclick.net Crossdevice

No matter what I do it keeps coming back. I have accepted, cancelled, run sfc scan

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Settings

    not resolved. I terminated WS ran repair and reset but popup persists

    Thank you.

    In the Windows search,

    type powershell, right-click it, and choose run as administrator.

    Execute:

    Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI* | Reset-AppxPackage

    See if the issue resolves.

    There is only one account on this machine with my gmail address. This problem started about a month ago. I've had this machine for a year.
