Error 0x80073d05 when installing the X-box App on PC

I feel like I tried everything by now, maybe you have another idea.

sfc/scannow didnt work

neither did deleting the cache, updating the store/windows/all store apps

installing the xbox app via the website didnt work either

also tried reinstalling the store via powershell, no success
