My computer keeps crashing with the blue screen error: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I used WinDbg to analyze the minidump file and it came back with: FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_nt!KiDispatchException. How do I resolve this problem?

The photos were of great help.

Driver Verifier mentions the driver "EUDCPDC.sys" as the cause of the crashes. From my search, this driver belongs to a software from EaseUS.

Do you have an EaseUS software installed on your PC?

If yes, uninstall it and see if the system works stably.

If the blue screen occurs again after uninstalling the software, send the minidump created by it. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Hi,

I followed all of the steps you mentioned. I did have to use the restore point to get the computer to stop crashing, so the minidump files are not updated. But I did take photos of the screens. I'm hoping there is enough information in the photos to help us resolve this issue. Please see photos on the drive here: Photos-001.zip.

Again, thank you for all your help.

The minidumps do not mention any driver. Only a generic system file.

I suggest you use the Driver Verifier utility. This utility is used to force the system to show the driver causing the problem.

Before turning on Driver Verifier, I like to create a restore point just in case. I suggest doing the same.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

Turn on Driver Verifier, let the system crash 3 times, then turn off Driver Verifier. Send the minidumps that the crashes created.

(Pay attention to the blue screen that is displayed. Sometimes, it may contain useful information.)

See the article below for instructions.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please share the minidump files.

(Do not share the MEMORY.DMP file as it may contain personal information. Only share the minidump files.)

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
