Every time i load up a game my screen becomes glitchy text becomes unreadable apps looks Weird and i close the game it still happens its worse on youtube where the screen becomes blank gray/grey where it disappears for a split second and appears again but if i go into another app using alt tab it disappears completely i have no idea whats causing this is it the game? is it the hardware? idk i cant provide an image since every time i go into PSS Print Screen SysRq it fixes and im not joking how do i fix this

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.
A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
plus when i load a video that's not from youtube it slides to the left constantly and i don't do anything like not moving my mouse it fixes but as soon as i do anything it glitches
