My laptop has been crashing a lot lately while I am gaming. Today my game froze and it kept playing a repeated audio from the game for a few seconds before restarting. I don't really know what the cause could be. But here is the OneDrive folder with my three recent crashes in my minidump.

In that case, it would also be best to replace the current graphics drivers to test if that stabilizes your system while playing games.

Go to the support page for your PPC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of graphics drivers they provide.

I'll do that but my laptop also crashes when playing other games like GTA5 and Minecraft. I don't think those have an anti-cheat. But when I crash while playing those games my laptop screen freezes for a few seconds, and restarts on its own or I have to hold the power button to turn it off.

Please re-install the anti-cheat software first to see if that solves the problem.

If not, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, then in BIOS there should just be a button to reset the TPM keys.

    Hey,

Do I have to disable the TPM keys and save and then go back and enable it again? Will all my data still be on my laptop?

The game does have an anti-cheat so I'll re-install it.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate it is the TPM security processor driver in Windows causing your PC to crash.

If you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, go into BIOS and find the option to reset TPM keys to factory.

If there is an anti-cheat on the game you are playing, that uses the TPM chip, it would be best to re-install the anti-cheat.
