Hi ,
I think maybe it can be fixed in the 24h2 version. In my opinion because I didn't have any problems at 22:2 with this problem, but I did at 23:2.

Anyone out there know why Windows takes so long +/- 1 minute to populate the information in Task Manager>Performance tab?

Well, there is a small bug that occurs where it takes about 2 minutes longer if you are using a HD and it is under high load. It has already been reported.
