50056 Booking Certificate Error

I've tried to book an exam 'SC-900' and i keep encountering an Error message (50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction). This is the first time i have come across this and have never had this issue when booking exams before.

  • I've cleaned my cached credentials and that hasn't helped
  • I've retyped all my details again and that hasn't helped
  • I've used a private tab in the browser and different browsers and that hasn't helped either
  • I've tried multiple different devices and that hasn't helped either

Could i please be assisted on what i need to do. I think there might be something wrong with my account not allowing me to book.
