Problems after sleep mode.

hey, so I am on a brand new laptop and it is on win 11. So the problem with my laptop is, most of the time when I switch on my laptop from sleep mode, the power indicator light still shows that my laptop is in sleep mode, and due to this my backlit keyboard lights do not work properly, my fans do not run and many other problems. what should I do?

Is the situation the same even when fast startup, hibernation, and modern standby are turned off?

The fan is not working at all whether it is high load or low load.

High load gaming scenarios? Or low load scenarios?

you see when I switch on my laptop from sleep mode, my power indicator light still keeps blinking in a slow pattern which shows the laptop is in sleep mode, but I can work on my laptop. The problem is fans will not work whenever I try using the GPU when my laptop is behaving like this, as I mentioned the keyboard lights also start behaving in a weird pattern

so can u help solve this problem?

The device seems to be experiencing phenomena related to sleep/wake/power management.

Most of the options that can affect the behavior of the keyboard/indicators are probably related to the power state.

In some cases, some power-related options may have some influence on system behavior.
