Remove additional Emails ID from window settings
There are additional 2 email IDs which is inactive and I want to remove them from the settings. My default ID is already subscribed with Office 365.
I am not able to delete my extra IDs from the settings since I have already closed these accounts. Kindly let me know how I can remove these IDs since it is asking for login to these account and verify the same. I contact number attached to these IDs are also inactive.

This is very helpful. Thank you for the screenshot. Now I can see that those are work/school accounts. That means, this is where you need to go instead:
Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School
Find the same email listed there, click on it, then click "disconnect". Then restart the computer.

Can you hold down Windows + Shift + S keys, that should launch the snipping tool. select the area you want to screenshoot, then in a reply to me, use ctrl + v to paste it.
