There are additional 2 email IDs which is inactive and I want to remove them from the settings. My default ID is already subscribed with Office 365.

I am not able to delete my extra IDs from the settings since I have already closed these accounts. Kindly let me know how I can remove these IDs since it is asking for login to these account and verify the same. I contact number attached to these IDs are also inactive.

This is very helpful. Thank you for the screenshot. Now I can see that those are work/school accounts. That means, this is where you need to go instead:

Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School

Find the same email listed there, click on it, then click "disconnect". Then restart the computer.

Unfortunately your screenshot doesn't come through.

Can you hold down Windows + Shift + S keys, that should launch the snipping tool. select the area you want to screenshoot, then in a reply to me, use ctrl + v to paste it.

    Hello, this is Emily.

Can you tell me more specifically, where exactly in Windows settings do you see these additional email addresses? If possible, include a screenshot so I can help yo uremove them based on where they are listed.

    Thanks!
