it is made by me piece by piece. I tried to do recovery in previous days but it finds that no change has been made.

and I find a way to recover it , It does recovery, it reboots but it starts with automatic problem repair it doesn't send to safe mode .

Did you try to run the command from recovery environment?

Is this PC factory made or locally assembled?

    Hi Giwrgos,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Boot your PC from Windows installation media, select not Install but Repair. Windows recovery environment starts. Run command prompt and run command

    bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot

    Reboot the PC.

    Tell the result please.
