    Hi,

Excuse me i've just seen your message here are the screens you asked for. I don't have the latest update for my graphics card because the most recent one, according to user feedback caused the same problem as me so I downgraded the version. The minidump still points to the graphics driver as the cause of the crash. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

And a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Display adapters

3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

4-Take a screenshot of the General

5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot

You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.

Hi, Youssef. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

The minidump indicates that the crash was caused by "nvlddmkm.sys" which is the Nvidia graphics driver. Uninstalling the graphics driver completely and then installing the latest version from the Nvidia driver should fix this problem.

Step 1: Uninstall the graphics driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). You can see how to do it at this link.

    https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/Download-Di...

Step 2: Download and install the latest version of the graphics driver from the Nvidia website at this link.

    https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
