Have new laptop with Windows 10. How do I stop the popup with photos, etc, every time I go to the start menu? No, I do not want to see a photo of Harvey Weinstein (or other disgusting images). Yep, tried everything. See attached typical image.

Hello BillWells, welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Based on your feedback, you want to disable the information feature in the taskbar search.
You can try the following methods:
Click on Search > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Search settings > Then turn off the option for the target feature
If not, you can right-click on the taskbar
Uncheck News and interests
Click on the menu bar that appears after searching
Uncheck "Show search highlights"
