Windows 11 Network Connection

I am trying to install Windows 11 Pro. I realize that the network drivers may be an issue, I can press Shift+F10 but then i can not type anything. I am using a usb corded keyboard. So im stuck.

    Ok figured it out. You can't just hit Shift+F10 and start typing the OOBE\BYPASSNRO. You must first click the mouse at the begining of the link in order to get it to allow typing. Thought I had tried that multiple time, but I did in the meantime go into BIOS turned off HXCI Hand-off to force legacy USB 2.0 and rebooted. So that may have been the actual issue.
