Why microsoft support so bad

Hello,

I had an microsoft account in 2019, that account got banned. I asked for my info back, they couldn’t because i ga e all my personal information and jt didn’t match my account. I created a new account, 1 year later jt got blocked, i asked why wouldn’t give me the reason. I tried so many times now they blocked me for good and im using a crappy account and can’t make an new mail with my personal info.

But just why is microsoft so dumb and can’t just see what we people are trying to do? Why microsoft always thinking we are spam or hackers in the support system? Why are they so dumb to look at my info and compare it to the account?
