Hello,

My computer suddenly shuts down while I'm using it and then it restarts. Upon restarting the BIOS menu appears. When I exit the BIOS, it keeps reopening the BIOS menu continuously. Eventually, I manually shut down the computer and restart it after which it works normally. What could be causing this issue?

Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sounds like power related issue. Is this a laptop or desktop? I would assume desktop. Have you made any changes, overclocking?

Have you tried restoring BIOS to defaults?

Have you done anything specific you recall before this issue started happening?

Make sure you use original cables.

    Awaiting your response
