Help please, system error 1067

I got these errors:

C:\Windows\System32>net start wuauserv

The Windows Update service is starting.

The Windows Update service could not be started.

A system error has occurred.

System error 1067 has occurred.

The process terminated unexpectedly.

Here is the evtx file from Event Viewer

    Please check drive's health with third-party CrystalDiskInfo tool and show the result.

    If disk status is green, run command prompt as administrator, run

    chkdsk c: /r /scan command and show the result.
