Can't update security or use authenticator app
I have a premium custom email through Outlook.com via my godaddy domain. I have been using that as my Microsoft 365 account primary email. Recently, the Microsoft site made me set up the authenticator app. In doing so, it somehow created an Administrator account for work/school. and I cannot seem to access it. The app doesn't recognize it. I can log into the account using https://myprofile.microsoft.com/, but i cannot get into the security updates to fix the problem by enabling another verification method, because it requires the authenticator app and it is not working. I have read all the forums I can find and they all say to contact the administrator, but I AM the administrator. I need to get this fixed, because I cannot add the email account to my phone or to my desktop until it is resolved. PLEASE HELP!
