This device cannot start (Code 10) - Wifi Adapter

I'm using MSI modern 15 (MS-1551). I was not able to connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi so I checked in Device Manager under Network Adapters and found out that my Wi-Fi adapter (Intel (R) Wifi 6 AX201 160MHz) is not working. I tried updating driver but it kept saying that best driver is already installed. Then I removed the driver, restart my PC and checked Device manager still asking for update and I update the drive and still no connection. My airplane mode button also not working. What should I do?

Please help me with this issue and suggest me any other method to solve it.

If this is a branded system use that makers update utility for both bios & Drivers, set bios to defaults & pwr to balanced.

In win update settings de-select "Get latest updates" do NOT update via device manager, only use that PC makers update utility

Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

I will ask a few questions, so I have a better idea of what solutions to provide.

When was the last time it worked properly? Have you tried installing the latest Wireless driver from the manufacturer's support page? What is your current Windows operating system and version? Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: winver

    Kind regards,
