Hello,
I had previous issues, which ultimately resulted in reloading Windows.
Prior to reloading Windows, I ran memtest86 on my ram, which passed

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8052aa97003, 0xffff870cf9db6700, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 659f2790-aeb4-489d-8f4b-85b631dbf144.

    1. Make sure that disk cleanup and cleaning software are not used during the troubleshooting
    2. Uninstall all Riot Vanguard software
    3. Make sure that VGK is uninstalled

    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? As per checking the Minidump file, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?
