Windows 10 Reinstall failed

I have an ASUS Zenbook (13") from 2017 that came with Windows 10. The hardware was not capable of being upgraded to Windows 11 so I bought a new notebook and planned to wipe this one clean by deleting everything and reinstalling Windows so I could pass it on to someone else or turn it into a recycler. I followed the instructions for doing that, but it seems the Windows 10 reinstall failed. It just keeps trying to start up, showing the ASUS logo, but never completing the boot up process. What can I do to get the Windows 10 reinstall to complete??

Please do a Reset which will wipe everything and clean install Windows 10.

    • Press Win+R, type systemreset and click OK.
    • Click "Remove everything".

Have you tried booting from the USB setup disk?

See my reply to Ramesh below. I can't do anything unless I can get it to complete the re-install of Windows 10. It's in a loop of trying to boot and it never succeeds.

I think you've mis-understood. I've already done that, but the Windows re-install failed, so the PC will not boot up. It just keeps showing ASUS, then the spinning circle, then all black, then ASUS again, over and over for hours. I can't do any commands (such as Win+R) unless I can get it to boot up.
