Windows 11 crash

Crashes once an hour or even more frequently while playing game (RDR2, Cyberpunk 2077). I've updated bios, ran sfc and dism. I swapped memory, reduced memory clock so I don't think it's memory. Reduced resolution, reduced graphics options. Installed new nvidia drivers several times. CPU is not overclocked. Tried nvidia debug mode. I've run windows memory diagnostic, memtest, furmark, prime95.

Pretty new build. Full watercooling loop shows reasonable temps (cpu 35C, GPU 45C).

ASRock z790 Nova Wifi LGA 1700

GSkill Trident Z5 RGB 24G x2 memory (tried one stick, the other, both sticks)

MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4080 16GB

Lexar NM790 SSD 4TB

Intel Core i7-14700K

be quiet Dark Power 13 1000W PSU (Titanium ATX 3.0)

I received your negative rating for my reply, I am trying to help you, please be patient.

The new dump file still shows a similar error. If your system is a new installation, I think this is a hardware failure. You should have your graphics card serviced.

The information you provided indicates that the Nvidia graphics driver is causing the crash.

This could be caused by a faulty graphics card or a corrupted driver, I would recommend uninstalling the graphics driver and then performing a system repair. Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc /scannow

Then download the latest version of the driver from the device manufacturer's website and reinstall it.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it.

Disclaimer: The dump file may contain some information about you, such as system environment, software used, etc. This is a public community and can be viewed by anyone, so please remove the share as soon as possible after I answer. Please do not provide the file named "MEORY.DMP", which contains almost all information about your system at runtime.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. This is not a live chat channel and I may be in a different time zone than you. As a result, replies may be delayed and I may respond minutes to hours later.
