Problem with my refresh rate

I tried to open dying light to play it a little and my laptop force restarted,and when i got back into desktop i saw that my laptop was lagging a lot so i tried to look at the refresh rate and the only option i have is 64hz,and all games run like **** now and i don't know what to do about it since i'm not that good with technology.I've got an Acer nitro AN515-46 with AMD Radeon graphics and Nvidia Geforce rtx 3070 Ti laptop gpu

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem.

    -Attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

    2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

    -Attach a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

    2-Click to expand the Display adapters

    3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties
    4-Take a screenshot of the General

    5- Go to the Driver tab and take a screenshot
