AZ-900 and AI-900 Certification issue

Hi,
I wanted to do AZ-900 certification but by mistake or some system issue, I got registered for AI-900. I realized this when I went to pearson vue test center. Test Center told me that it is Ai-900 Beta. So I have tried to call helpdesk but no one picked up call for 30 mins. So I have paid again for AZ-900 and gave test. For AI-900, I have used my voucher. Can that be used for another exam or is there any way to cancel that ?

AI-900 - Scheduled for 10 am IST 26th June - but instead gave AZ-900
MS-ID - MS0990005226
Registration id for AI-900 376767106

Instead I gave & got PASS in AZ-900 at same time (10:20 am IST 26th June) - Reg ID - 377038406.
