Hello, I've sent a this a few times with no luck.
I can't access SETTINGS in CHROME, when I click on it, it disappears.
As you can see in the picture, the word also looks cut...
and then it's gone:

I haven't done anything because I'm not even sure where to start...

Meanwhile, you can open settings by typing chrome://settings in the address bar. Or press Ctrl + Shift +Del, which takes you to chrome://settings/privacy.
