So I've got my laptop for a while now with Windows 11 working just fine, but then i tried installing windows desktop runtime and it just keeps displaying that the Windows installer service couldn't be accessed. I've tried everything i know but still the problem isnt fixed. Any help would be appreciated

Whenever i start it it just says running and then i try installing the program it gives the same error
Were you able to start the service successfully?
I tried doing that but still gives the same error message that windows installer cannot be accessed
Open Services.msc and start the "Windows Installer" service.
