MS release monthly security updates, do I need to install all(all previous months) or just the latest one will do?

assuming i got my laptop in Feb 2024, what is the correct sequence to install those monthly updates(offline, from update catalog).?

The latest Cumulative Update will do. You can skip the March 2024 update and directly install the April 9, 2024—KB5036892 (OS Builds 19044.4291 and 19045.4291) update.
