system freezing while idling.

I've been experiencing a very weird issue on my computer. Whenever i boot up and let my computer run idle, the screen will freeze and i wont be able to do anything but hold down power and restart it, I've seen the same issue happen to someone else on the forums but their fix would not work for me i use a laptop and the fix had a bios update for ASUS and i'm sure my pc doesn't use an ASUS motherboard... come to think of it i don't even know what motherboard it uses, ill link bellow some system information and also specs and other stuff I've seen asked from the other person facing the same issue. one thing i thought that might fix it was releasing some storage in the C drive but that didn't work either, it used to be almost full. (lol it just happened while i'm typing this.)
linked bellow is a system summary, hardware resources, and the only driver that was displaying "degraded as it's status.

2024-04-06T06:22:26+00:00 It’s progressing, happened twice whole booting now, and i had to restart twice. I think the last time i updated my gpu drivers was 3-4 months back, i’ll try to update them now and check out the SFC thing

Have you updated your graphics card driver to latest version? If not yet please do so.
Another thing to try is to perform SFC scan on your PC, for the instructions please follow the steps from this article:

Yes it just randomly freezes out of no where and stays completely still, any sound gets cut off and the picture stays still as is. and needs a complete power button shut off, nothing at all responds.
