I've tested it on another computer without results. It doesn't show up anywhere. I'm in contact with samsung for a RMA.
Thanks for the suggestions!

Hi,
Today my pc crashed after updating to the new 23H3 windows update. After that I'm stuck with error code 0xc000000e and all of my nvme ssd's aren't visible in the bios (correction: one is only visiblein bios) or when trying to repair or newly install windows.
I've tried the following:
Are my ssd's broken or is there something else I can try?

Thank you. If it is not shown in the Disk Management, there is an issue with the disk. I assume it isn't shown in UEFI too?
Is it possible to test it on another computer?
Hi Sumit, thanks for the response. The recovery options didn't work unfortunate.
I've made some progress. The boot ssd was visible as Dynamic and Invalid when I put it in my laptop. Had to format it, but it runs windows again.
My second ssd (2T samsung 980 pro) isn't visible in disk manager so I'm worried that it's broken. I also have a 2T hdd in my pc that never showed issues.
Any tips for what to do with the 980 pro?
Hi Arno,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
The error code do indicate a broken SSD, and also they are not available in BIOS. Does your BIOS option provide an option to check their health?
