Hi there, I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you’re encountering an activation issue with your new PC running Windows 11. Have you performed any recent updates or changes to your system settings that might have affected the activation process?

Make sure you are signed into your new PC with the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the digital key in the Microsoft Store, it is not a physical key.

Also, a stable internet connection is crucial as the error code 0xC0EA000A may indicate connectivity issues during the activation process.

If issue persists, please contact Microsoft support using this method:

    Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    > Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.

    > Then click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

    > In Product and services, select "Windows".

    > In Category, select "Technical support."

    > Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

    John J.D.

Are you signed in with the same account you used to buy the licence from the Windows 11 Store?

Have you restarted using Start > Power > Restart then signed in again. If you have and it's still will not activate does the purchase show in your account history.

If it does then you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly.

Use the Get Help app in windows and if the bot suggestions don't work then enter chat with an agent and the Contact Support.
