Hey everyone,

I am having a very frustrating issue that i am facing in each two days. My laptop freezes immediately for no reason (while playing or writing down or just idle, freezes 20-30 seconds) and the screen goes black then desktop shows up again on 50th second etc. I see from the error log as below. I tried fresh installation of my external Nvidia driver (with DDU then installation), and internal AMD driver (with DDU then installation) but it didn't change anything. Could you help me for figuring out this error ? Thanks

The minidumps are generated automatically, as you have already done, the possible solutions could be a hardware problem.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer's support.

Yes, I have already done that actually. Both external and internal display drivers.
Is there a way to get the minidump files ?

In this case, try uninstalling the GPU driver again using DDU and install the driver before the last one released to see if the problem persists.

    Hi!
Unfortunately, that file is empty. I don't have anything, somehow. Is this normal?
    Thanks

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any minidump files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here.
