Windows Features not working

A lot of features that come along with Windows are not working on my computer. I bought a fresh new copy of Windows 11 so I do not understand why I am running into these issues. I am not able to update, I am not able to use the "Get Help" feature on Windows as it just closes itself after a few seconds of loading (same thing happens with Feedback hub). I am not able to link my phone to my Desktop due to the app simply just not opening. I am locked out of using a lot of features/maximizing the utilization of the Windows features simply because they do not work/will not open. This is the error I get when I try and update (Install error - 0x800700c1) for both (Windows 11, version 23H2) & (2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5036620)) Simply restarting does not work, these issues have persisted for a few months now (ever since I bought Windows 11) and I am starting to lose my patience.

    • Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro of Sysnative forums) and save this to your Desktop.
    • Download the file, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
    • On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
    • Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.  [See illustration image]
    • SFCFix will now process the script.
    • Upload the output file SFCFix.txt to your OneDrive.

See if you can install the latest updates.

It wouldn't let me create a link with the zip file, so here is the folder.
    CBS logs

Please upload your CBS logs to OneDrive and share the link here.

    • c:\windows\logs\cbs\                   <= Zip and upload all files in this folder.
