Hello,

I'm looking for help in identifying the cause of a WHEA Uncorrectable Error. It seems to be happening when I am playing a game and/or watching a YouTube/Amazon Prime video (I know it has happened in the past when playing a game and watching YouTube. Most recently, I was only watching a show on Amazon Prime when it happened.

I did my best to grab all the files asked for in other similar posts.

Thank you,

Kyle

    Hello, I'm here to help.

The information you have provided indicates a fault related to the AMD driver.

If you have a CPU or GPU from AMD, this means they may be corrupt or have a driver failure.

I would recommend troubleshooting the driver issue first, try uninstalling all major device drivers (GPU, chipset, etc.) and then go to the device manufacturer's website to download the latest version and reinstall it.

You can find and uninstall the drivers in the Programs page of the Control Panel, or if you can't find them, just go through the installation steps.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. This is not a live chat channel and I may be in a different time zone than you. As a result, replies may be delayed and I may respond minutes to hours later.
