What if the command prompt command net user Administrator /active:Yes Doesn't work??

I've tried multiple times to do what it says but when it says it was completed it didn't show the account! I'm really Confused

    Are you using the command prompt within windows or booting from USB?

    Yes, but nothing happened but here's the thing, It says the command was completed but it didn't show up!

    So the Administrator account does not show on the sign-in screen after running the command line. Have you restarted using Strat > Power > Restart?
